We are looking to appoint a highly qualified Accounts Head to strategically oversee and manage the comprehensive accounting operations of our organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for financial management, compliance, and the integrity of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

✔ Manage complete accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
✔ Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
✔ Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
✔ Handle budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities
✔ Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial transactions of the company
✔ Lead and manage the accounts team and ensure smooth financial operations
✔ Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions

Must Have

10–12 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, and Taxation, preferably in manufacturing or agro industry.
Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA in Finance from a recognized institute.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Experience in finalization of accounts, balance sheet preparation, and financial reporting.

Nice to have

Experience in handling and developing accounts teams, including task allocation and performance monitoring
Experience in manufacturing or agrochemical industry accounting.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms.
Ability to support management with financial insights and strategic decision-making.
