Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

 We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager (Financial Planning & Analysis) who will take charge of the budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial performance analysis processes within our organization. This pivotal role will involve close collaboration with senior leadership and various departments to ensure that strategic decision-making is supported by precise financial insights and thorough data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong analytical skills but also demonstrate the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively, thereby enabling informed decisions that drive the company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.  
  • Analyze cost structures and profitability across products, regions, and business units.
  • Support strategic planning and business expansion decisions through financial insights.
  • Develop KPIs and financial metrics to measure business efficiency and growth.
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.  
  • Build financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.

Must Have

  • MBA in Finance / CA / equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience working with financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze large financial datasets and generate actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience in agrochemical or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Power BI / financial dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of cost optimization and profitability analysis.
  • Experience in working with senior leadership on strategic financial planning.
