We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team at GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inside sales operations, building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation.

Must Have

  • Graduate B.sc Agriculture .
  • 6 Month to 1 Year in inside sales  preferably in agrochemicals ,fertilizers, or pesticides industry.
  • Ability to handle B2B sales (retailers & distributors)
  • Knowledge of the  agrochemical industry and market dynamic

Key Responsibilities:

Retailer & Distributor Engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Regularly communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to update them on product availability, new launches, and promotional schemes.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by effectively selling agrochemical products.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and promotional offers to customers.

Order Management & Coordination

  • Take orders from retailers/distributors and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely dispatch & delivery.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
