We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Manager to oversee and manage international sales and export operations, preference to having work experience of similar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business, export strategies, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, coordinating with international clients, and driving revenue growth through successful exports.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree, Business administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in export management, international trade, or global sales.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures.
- Proven track record of expanding business in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Export Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company’s global footprint.
- Identify new international markets and business opportunities.
- Establish pricing strategies and negotiate terms with international clients.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Order Management & Execution:
- Oversee the entire export process, from order confirmation to shipment delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery of export orders.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring that delivery deadlines are met.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and customs requirements of different countries.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, such as invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
- Handle export licensing and ensure adherence to government policies and international trade laws.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and manage shipping schedules.
Financial Management:
- Handle payments, including letters of credit, export financing, and insurance.
- Ensure proper currency management and risk mitigation for foreign transactions.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to understand global trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on export activities, market performance, and revenue projections to the senior management.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of export executives.
- Provide guidance on compliance, customer relationship management, and process improvements.
