We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead and manage full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations for our organization. This role demands a deep understanding of Odoo's functional modules and an advanced knowledge of Odoo's system architecture to ensure optimal integration and scalability

Must Have

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
  • Hands-on expertise with multiple Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of Odoo's technical architecture, database structure, ORM framework, and integration points.
  • Ability to draft detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Experience in leading ERP implementation projects in agile and waterfall methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Odoo Functional Certification.
  • Basic understanding of PostgreSQL, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC APIs
  • Familiarity with Odoo.sh and custom module development concepts.
  • Experience with third-party integrations (Payment Gateways, Logistics, CRMs).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, including Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post-Go-Live Support.
  • Map and optimize complex business workflows across multiple Odoo modules: Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing, Website, HR, and others.
  • Design scalable and robust Odoo architecture solutions tailored to diverse business requirements.
  • Analyze, customize, and configure Odoo applications to ensure optimal alignment with business processes and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define and document functional specifications for custom modules and third-party integrations.
  • Conduct comprehensive GAP analyses and deliver actionable, best-practice recommendations.
  • Train end-users through structured sessions and provide ongoing, high-level post-implementation support.
  • Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects by applying strong time and resource management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain critical project documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, and End-User Manuals.
