We are in search of a highly qualified State Head – Inside Sales to take charge of and enhance sales operations across the designated state. This pivotal role entails not only managing and mentoring the inside sales team but also developing strategic initiatives to drive significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining strong customer relationships within the agro sector, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Additionally, the State Head will collaborate closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, fostering a culture of success and accountability within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team for the assigned state.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor team performance and guide the team to improve sales results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations.

Must Have

  • 8 – 10 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development.
  • Experience in team handling and sales target management.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and customer management
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the agrochemical / agriculture industry.
  • Knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and improve team performance.
  • Strong analytical skills
